Kατασκευή από πολυαιθυλένιο υψηλής ποιότητας και αντοχής. Η εσωτερική υποαλλεργική, αεριζόμενη και αντιεφιδρωτική επένδυση Foam είναι προσθαφαιρούμενη και αυτοκόλλητη με Velcro. Εφαρμόζει με ρυθμιζόμενους ιμάντες (ωμικούς, μεσοθωρακικούς και με δύο επιπλέον εκατέρωθεν της κάτω γνάθου). Πλένεται. Φέρει ενσωματωμένο μετωπιαίο ιμάντα ακινητοποίησης της κεφαλής. Το πρόσθιο τμήμα στήριξης της κάτω γνάθου καθώς και το οπίσθιο του ινιακού οστού ρυθμίζονται σε θέσεις επιλογής (αυξομείωση ύψους). Το υποσιάγωνο αφαιρείται εύκολα διευκολύνοντας τον ασθενή στη σίτιση. Η δυνατότητα αφαίρεσης του θωρακικού και ραχιαίου τμήματος επιτρέπει την αυτονομία του αυχενικού νάρθηκα (στην κρίση του θεράποντα ιατρού). Ο νάρθηκας εφαρμόζεται και σε ύπτια θέση.

Διορθωτικος Βρεφικος Ναρθηκας Τ “Dennis brown”

Ο κηδεμόνας T «Dennis Brown» χρησιμοποιείται για τη θεραπεία της συγγενούς ραιβοϊπποποδία (μέθοδος “Ponseti”). Aποτελείται από ένα ζεύγος ειδικά διαμορφωμένων υποδημάτων και μια μεταλλική μπάρα απαγωγής ισχίων. Τα υποδήματα συνδέονται και αποσυνδέονται εύκολα με σύστημα quick clip. Με ειδικά κλειδιά alen μπορεί να ρυθμίσει το εύρος απαγωγής των ισχίων καθώς και της κάμψης προαιρετικά. Επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα ρύθμισης της έξω στροφής (45^ο). Τα ειδικά διαμορφωμένα υποδήματα έχουν εσωτερική επένδυση σιλικόνης, υποαλλεργικό, ενώ δερμάτινες δέστρες προσδίδουν τη σωστή εφαρμογή τους. Είναι αεριζόμενα και διακρίνονται σε αριστερό και δεξιό.

Ο κηδεμόνας εφαρμόζεται αμέσως μετά την αφαίρεση της τελευταίας γύψινης ναρθηκοποίησης σύμφωνα με τις εντολές του θεράποντα ιατρού.

Immobilization system for the cervical and the upper thoracic spine. Consists of two sections: The VISTA MULTIPOST cervical collar and the vertebrosternal immobilizer. The vertebrosternal immobilizer consists of a front and rear section, which are connected by means of adjustable ties and clips for easy application.
